Albatross Café is the creation of Robert and Busaba, a husband-and-wife team whose dedication is the secret ingredient in every dish. One ingredient hails from Holland, the other from Chiang Mai, and together they have built a culinary haven.
A true hospitality veteran, Robert has spent his life working in many countries, including 18 years in South America. His profound knowledge of food, wine, and spirits is matched only by his sociable spirit. Speaking eight languages, he connects effortlessly with guests from across the globe, ensuring everyone feels like part of the family.
Busaba has held a lifelong love affair with cooking. Her passion shines through in a menu infused with the rich, spicy tastes of her native Thailand. Her signature Khao Soy is a taste of Chiang Mai, while her creative touch elevates even classic European dishes. Her recipes are a closely guarded secret, adding a touch of wonder to every bite.
